We also sell time, time that you can spend in other activities without having to give up the quality of our traditional cuisine.

Nostrum’s concept

  • More than 100 homemade prepared dishes to take away
  • We sell time
  • We are looking for establishments between 60 and 120m2, without the need of smoke vent. No kitchen is required on the premises.
  • Daily reception of the product cooked and packed from the Central location to the store.
  • One or two people are necessary to run the business.
